As a native English speaker, I take extra care to make sure the pattern is grammatically correct, with accurate lingo and abbreviations. Unique to my translation work is that I do not do simple literal translations - I make sure that what I am writing makes sense. Patterns can be written and interpreted in different ways, and therefore knit pattern translation work requires a special eye for detail, to make sure that even the smallest word is correct.

As an advanced knitter with years of experience knitting in almost all styles (and as a knitwear designer myself) I am familiar with all knitting terms and jargon, whether it be for cable work, fair isle, or simple stockinette raglan. You can feel safe knowing that your patterns are in good hands.
